We have made returning your SharkNinja product quick and easy. Whether you ordered online or through our call center, here’s how to get started.
- Returns are free. Purchases made directly through SharkNinja can be returned within 60 days for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping and handling).
- We don’t offer product exchanges.
- Returns won’t be accepted if the item is worn, used, or altered.
- Recycled your original box? Just package your product securely in any sturdy box and drop it off.
- If you no longer want an order that has already shipped, please do not refuse delivery. Instead, wait for it to arrive and then start your return through the Returns Portal so you can send it back properly.

Kick Off Your Return in Just a Few Steps
If you purchased directly from SharkNinja, starting your return is simple:
- Visit us Returns Portal to get started.
- We will email you a prepaid shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
- Send it back in any secure box. Be sure to include everything that came in the original box. If your purchase was a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned to receive your refund.
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect it, and we will issue your refund – typically between 5-10 business days.
- Funds will appear in your account between 2-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
- Return labels are valid for 14 days. Need a new one? Just reprint it from the Returns Portal.
